Analysis of Titanium Dioxide Output of Sep.2020

According to Tu Duoduo’s statistics, China’s titanium dioxide output in September 2021 was 301,000 tons, a decrease of 2.86% from the previous month and a decrease of 0.70% year-on-year. The total output from January to September 2021 was approximately 2,189,600 tons, an increase of 12.05% year-on-year. An increase of approximately 303,200 tons during the same period.

Regional output increased and decreased in September. Affected by the market and power curtailment policies, most companies have reduced their output. Among them, Guizhou, Guangdong, and Jiangsu have decreased significantly. The overall output in September decreased from the previous month.

The top three regions in September’s output were Sichuan, Anhui, and Henan, which accounted for 24%, 13%, and 13% of the total output;
The output of the chlorination process in September was 29,500 tons, a month-on-month increase of 1%.
